Skills for Care we are helping to identify the training needs of personal assistants (PAs). They will look at what training is on offer already, and what is not, and what can be done to help your PA develop the skills and knowledge they need and want to do their job well.
Once they have this information we will write a “Guide to Training Personal Assistants” which you will receive a copy of should you like one. We will also work with Training Providers to consider how this training can be made more accessible for your PA.
