This Website was initially set up by a partnership consisting of The West Berkshire Disability Alliance, The Ormonde Resource Centre and Newbury College. We are now delighted to be supported and funded by West Berkshire Council.
The aim of our website is to provide a one stop shop for information, for all people with a disability who live, visit or are connected to the district of West Berkshire providing up to date information, links, news and a message board/discussion forum. Whilst being an independent set up, we actively encourage input from statutory and voluntary organisations and are happy to include content from them. Please contact us if we can be of help.
Wherever possible we will include local information and links. Please click on the Site accessibility link on the top bar to find ways to make accessing the information easier.
If you cannot find the category you want in the left hand menu, you might like to try the Search box on the top left or the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) Page.
New users might find the
Surfing Tips page useful.
